VRIJUIT (formerly Fonds Vrijetijdsparticipatie), by Demos, makes cultural and sporting events affordable for people on a limited budget. Annually, together with their member organizations, they provide some 20,000 people with an enjoyable day or evening.
Because even those less fortunate deserve to discover, meet and enjoy freely.
VRIJUIT faced the challenge of making their ticket sales and follow-up more efficient. Employees used to spend an enormous amount of time on payment tracking & budget tracking. This is now a thing of the past.
We developed an online ticketing platform that allows member organizations to easily order tickets for their members. Payments are easily made online through Payment Provider Mollie or by wire transfer. Transfers are automatically processed through CODA files.
VRIJUIT now also has the ability to manage budget monitoring in one fell swoop for proportional distribution of their operating funds.
With this we ensured that VRIJUIT can now follow up their processes smoothly and member organizations can now order tickets more easily.

Through the CMS, the entire cultural calendar of VRIJUIT is managed, it is also automatically displayed in the calendar on the site. Using the search function, you can easily filter by performances or concerts.
