Tasks

You have been bitten by everything related to online marketing (SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, link building, ...)

You like to be up to date with the latest trends in your field.

You have relevant experience in the above.

You support and advise our customers to the best of your ability.

You are customer-oriented, quickly gaining insight into customer needs and converting them into actionable KPIs.

You are creative and results-oriented to analyze and adjust online campaigns to optimize online conversion for clients.

Your skills

You will guide clients to have an online presence, increase their reach and achieve their goals together using various online marketing techniques: SEO, SEA, social media marketing, ...

You will build your own strategy and plan of action on the online marketing of three in-house departments: Encima, ByondFiles and Marcando.

You will work with your development colleagues to build well-converting web applications.

You will explain Google Analytics, SEO, SEA, social media marketing, ... to new and existing clients.

What fringe benefits are there?

Meal vouchers (EUR 8/day) and eco vouchers (EUR 250/year). Hospital and group insurance is also provided.

How many vacation days are there?

There are 20 official leave days supplemented by 6 ADV days. These are all free to record.

Are the working hours flexible?

Yep, outside the fixed availability between 9am-12pm and 2pm-17pm. In addition, 1 day/week can be worked from home.

Is a company car being offered?

Starters entitled to company car after 3 years of service. Or earlier based on job and experience.

Are there premiums or bonuses?

A net expense allowance is provided (depending. of function). Annual opportunity for a salary bonus or profit premium.

What work environment should I expect?

We are housed in a new and modern office. Everyone has an ergonomic sit-stand desk and is provided macbook and smartphone.
