Operations Manager

Tasks
- You are responsible for the day-to-day planning of projects and determine priorities.
- You are responsible for team productivity.
- You assist in the daily structure of the project managers.
- You refine the software design into an executable project.
- You follow up on new projects and make adjustments as needed.
- You monitor the quality of completed projects.
- You follow up with the support team.
Your skills
- You have relevant experience as an operations manager.
- You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- You are structural, results-oriented and know how to motivate a team.
- You have knowledge of internet technologies and web application development.
- You can move quickly and are customer-oriented.
- You take responsibility and help build an efficient structure within the company.
- You have knowledge of web application design: UX design / UML.

What fringe benefits are there?

How many vacation days are there?
There are 20 official leave days supplemented by 6 ADV days. These are all free to record.
Are the working hours flexible?
Yep, outside the fixed availability between 9am-12pm and 2pm-17pm. In addition, 1 day/week can be worked from home.
Is a company car being offered?
Starters entitled to company car after 3 years of service. Or earlier based on job and experience.
Are there premiums or bonuses?
A net expense allowance is provided (depending. of function). Annual opportunity for a salary bonus or profit premium.
What work environment should I expect?
We are housed in a new and modern office. Everyone has an ergonomic sit-stand desk and is provided macbook and smartphone.
