What we did:
Kunstgrascentrum wants to offer their customers the ability to request directional quotes online. A lot of factors come into play here to determine a guide price (what application, type of artificial grass, the size & shape of the area, ....)
In addition to preparing the quotations, we also developed a CRM system in which all quotations sent out can be followed up. The entire process, from quotation, follow-up to planning & placement, is now easily managed online.

Encima built a module where the potential customer can request a target price quote themselves. The customer very simply fills in some targeted questions, leaves his data, and receives a quote in his mailbox within minutes .
The second feature Encima developed is a CRM system. In this system Kunstgrascentrum can effortlessly monitor customer management. With a few clicks, an invoice is sent out and also followed up automatically . All personnel planning is also easily done through the CRM.
Through the scheduling module, the work schedule for staff is managed, but the schedule for customers is also maintained this way. Customers are kept informed of progress and all necessary communication via automated emails from CMS.
